Why it’s important to consider location prior to home buying
We’ve all been there at some point, on a Friday afternoon stuck on I-5 or SR-167 with no end to our drive in sight. When purchasing a home your commute to work should be taken into consideration. With the rise in gas prices and time spent driving, a long commute could be a detriment to your wallet and in some cases your sanity. Not only will it affect your everyday life, it may also be something taken into consideration by your lender.

Regardless of whether the lender takes your extended commute into consideration, buyers should. With rising gas prices and increasing traffic, an extra long commute to the office can hurt your pocketbook.”
